West Coast P.M. Services, Inc. administers the State approved apprenticeship programs for Area I Plumbers, Area I Painters and Area I Signmaker/Erectors. Office Hours are 9 AM to 5 PM Monday-Thursday. The office is closed on Fridays. If you have any questions that are not answered on this website please call the office.
